On-site technicians are available by appointment, however, no appointment is necessary for depot repair and warranty services.

Laser and Ink Printer Service

Computers and Concepts maintains a staff of certified technicians skilled at repairing, rebuilding, improving and maintaining dot matrix, inkjet and laser printers. Computers and Concepts is an authorized support center for Hewlett Packard, Epson and Okidata printers.

Plotter Maintenance Service

Computers and Concepts offers complete, one stop plotter service by providing both service contracts, time and material repairs.
